How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Write to us at “reachanuprayaas@anuprayaas.org”. We will arrange a free pick up of the order.

We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Following products shall not be eligible for return:

· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

· Any item that has been worn or washed.

REFUND

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of a courier being received in our warehouse.

CANCELLATION

How do I cancel an order?
