Inclusive Education

Training Programs - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Anuprayaas provides a wide range of in-person and virtual workshops designed for every level of your organisation — from leadership and teams across all functions. Explore the workshops below to discover how each can strengthen inclusion in your workplace.

TEACHER TRAINING ON DISABILITY INCLUSION

Inclusive education begins with inclusive mindsets. Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping how children with disabilities are perceived, supported, and integrated within schools. This is a 3-hour classroom session that equips teachers with the awareness, tools, and confidence to build inclusive classrooms where every child feels seen, supported, and valued.

CORPORATE TRAINING ON DISABILITY INCLUSION

We conduct industry-specific, customised training programs for Corporate Entities, Banks, Government Staff, Hotels, and other organisations on Disability Awareness, Inclusive Hiring, and Inclusive Customer Service.

Recruiting Diverse Talent

This training explores the full recruitment lifecycle through a DEI lens—helping participants understand how biases show up in hiring, how systemic barriers impact underrepresented groups, and how organisations can build equitable processes that ensure fair opportunities for all candidates. Drawing on global frameworks, United Nations principles, and the Indian DEI context, the program blends strategy with hands-on activities, real-world examples, and actionable tools.

Diversity refers to the presence and recognition of differences among people within a group, organisation, or society. According to the United Nations, diversity encompasses the full range of human identities and characteristics—including race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, language, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and life experiences.

Equity refers to the fair and just treatment of all individuals by ensuring that everyone has access to the opportunities, resources, and support they need to succeed. Unlike equality—which gives everyone the same things—equity recognises that different people face different barriers based on gender, disability, socio-economic status, race, geography, or other factors.

Inclusion means creating environments where all people feel respected, valued, and able to participate fully—regardless of their identity or background. According to the UN, inclusion requires removing structural, environmental, attitudinal, and communication barriers so that everyone, especially marginalised groups, can contribute meaningfully and equally. Inclusion is not just about being present; it is about having a voice, influence, and dignity within a system.
