TEACHER TRAINING ON DISABILITY INCLUSION

Inclusive education begins with inclusive mindsets. Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping how children with disabilities are perceived, supported, and integrated within schools. This is a 3-hour classroom session that equips teachers with the awareness, tools, and confidence to build inclusive classrooms where every child feels seen, supported, and valued.

We conduct industry-specific, customised training programs for Corporate Entities, Banks, Government Staff, Hotels, and other organisations on Disability Awareness, Inclusive Hiring, and Inclusive Customer Service.

According to the United Nations, diversity encompasses the full range of human identities and characteristics—including race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, language, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and life experiences.

Equity refers to the fair and just treatment of all individuals by ensuring that everyone has access to the opportunities, resources, and support they need to succeed. Unlike equality—which gives everyone the same things—equity recognises that different people face different barriers based on gender, disability, socio-economic status, race, geography, or other factors.
